My name is Ashley Topacio and I am a DONA-trained birth doula and ICEA-trained childbirth educator located in Seattle. I became drawn to working with women and families during their pregnancy year after my first two children were born: I realized the significant effect that childbirth education and unconditional support had on the way I felt about my birth experiences and my abilities as a mother.
As a doula, I attend home, hospital, and birth center births in the Puget Sound area, North to Everett, South to Olympia, East to the Cascades, West to the Olympics. It is my belief that every woman that desires a doula, childbirth education, and placental services should have access, regardless of financial status.
