Birth Doula - $500
As your birth doula my support includes:

Meeting with you before your baby arrives

Assist you in preparing for your labour

Help you find information so you can make informed decisions

Provide comfort techniques during labour such as massage and position changes

Assistance with breastfeeding

Visit with you and your baby afterwards to provide any extra support you may need
Postpartum Doula - $25/hr
Overnights - $30/hr
As your postpartum doula my support includes:

Assistance with newborn care

Emotional and physical support from childbirth

Light housekeeping and meal prep
